1. What types of characters do you offer for birthday parties?
We offer over 200 children's characters from princesses to cartoon favorites to movie characters!
2. How long do the character appearances typically last?"
Our base package is one hour. You can add on additional 30 minute activities. Birthday parties are usually 90 minutes-2hrs and events are usually 3-4 hours.
3. Are your performers trained to interact with children of different ages?
Yes! Our target age is 3-10 but all ages and abilities are welcome. Our performers are trained on how to interact with guests in character, including with adults!
4. Can I request specific activities or games for the character to engage in during the party?
Our performers plan activities based on the character and ages of the guests. They're happy to accommodate your day of requests!
Weekends fill quickly so we suggest 4-6 weeks minimum. We strongly suggest that we are one of the first calls you make in your party/event planning to avoid disappointment. Book as early as possible. You can reserve up to 6 months in advance.
6. "Do you offer any additional services like face painting or balloon twisting?
Yes! You can add this on to any package or contact us to book the non-costumed service!
7.What is the process for booking a character and making a deposit?"
After you complete the reservation form here https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScneLFR37-otJSUmwxZdMUjNMhbiL5PS2HEU_fIS813_w_plw/viewform We will follow up with the terms & conditions as well as an invoice for the 60-70% deposit required to book your performer. This payment must be made within 24hrs of receipt. First come, first served.
8. Can I request multiple characters for the same party?
Yes! Additional characters are discounted 20%!
9. What happens if there is an unexpected change in the party date or time?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to reschedule. We are happy to accommodate your request pending availability. A $35 convenience fee may be assessed.
10. Should I tip the performers?
It is customary to tip your performers if you are happy with their performance. It is not required.
