Aimee Grissmeyer


As the Creative Director & Visionary Owner of Princess My Party, Aimee focuses on developing the artistic vision, setting long-term strategic goals, and exploring new growth opportunities. She oversees the creation of new character offerings and event themes, ensuring all performances meet our high standards. Additionally, she inspires and mentors our team through vocal and acting lessons, and works to ensure our company's sustainability.

Tammi Thurow

(Public Relations)

As the Public Relations Manager, Tammi is responsible for managing both external communications and internal staff relations. She ensures that Princess My Party maintains a positive public image while also fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. She leads through organizational development.

Sara Redeker

(Operations Manager)

As the Chief Operations Officer Sara oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high standards of service delivery. She works closely with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision. She also ensures the performers look their best through costuming, optimizing processes, and leading initiatives to ensure growth and operational excellence with Cast Members.

Paige Van Buren

(Cast Manager)

As the Staff Manager, Paige is responsible for overseeing the well-being, performance, and development of the cast members. She ensures that our staff is motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver outstanding experiences. Her role involving working with Cast Members to prepare for performances and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company’s values and goals.
