- Rose it up!

Gather some “enchanted roses” to decorate your home for the big night. Valentine’s Day is the easiest time of year to find red roses, so while you’re at the store, grab some red roses. A few to set the table, and some extra roses to deconstruct for petals! You can use artificial petals if you want, but the real stuff will add a sweet aroma to your space!
- Mood Lighting

Lumiere loves to set the mood with some romantic lighting. When setting the table, don’t forget to light some candles for some ambiance. You can also light a few throughout your space for after dinner too!
- Be Our Guest

Instead of ordering one of those heart shaped pizzas, take the time to plan out a romantic menu complete with an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. For your appetizer, you can keep it simple with a nice salad and some bruschetta if you’re not super confident in the kitchen. Your entrée should be savory and well plated. Pasta is an easy and pleasy option that is a classic date night option. You can always add chicken, shrimp, or scallops to elevate your pasta. There are so many opportunities for romance in the dessert. Chocolate is an aphrodisiac and translates well into any Valentine’s Day sweets. Some of our favorites are chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate mousse, and molten lava cake!
- Set the Table

Break out the white table cloth for this one. Set the table with your best dinnerware and cloth napkins. Place some trimmed roses in a small vase and set in the middle of the table. Make sure your flowers aren’t too tall so you can still make comfortable eye contact with each other at dinner. Light some candles at the table for a soft lighting to enhance your meal. Scatter table cloth with rose petals to complete.
- Movie Munchies

After you let that delicious dinner settle, have some movie snacks on hand. We’re not talking popcorn and M&M’s. For an extra special treat, round up some tasty French munchies for an unique movie showing. Get a little fancy and try preparing a board of French cheeses, meats, some fresh fruit, and of course a delicious baguette to pair with a lovely bottle of French wine or champagne.
- A Romantic Movie Showing

Beauty and the Beast is a perfect VDay flick for any Disney fan. It’s a classic with a touching story, lovable characters, and great music. Cuddle up with your sweetheart and turn on Beauty and the Beast to end the night. You can watch the 1991 original or the 2017 remake, whichever you prefer. Sing along to your favorite tunes or even share a waltz around the living room. You can even turn the evening into a full on Disney movie marathon if you’re up for it!
